Frequently Asked Questions

Most of our customers prefer once a week service. We can also do twice a week, bi-weekly, monthly, or provide one-time service. Check out our Spring Cleanup package for a thorough service after the snow thaws.

*Please note: we will clean your yard on your service day, but cannot guarantee the same time every visit.

We accept cash, cheque, and E-transfer.

No. As long as we have access to your yard, you do not have to be home. This goes for any cleanup including weekly, one-time, and spring cleanups.

For one-time or spring cleanups, please make payment arrangements before service if you will not be home.

All waste is scooped up, double bagged, and taken away with us.

*Please note: for spring cleanups bags are left double bagged at your home for your local trash collection.

We work in just about any weather conditions. However, service will be postponed if there is lightning, severe thunderstorms or heavy rain.

Weekly customers will still be charged, and we will try to make up the missed work the following day. If we cannot make up the scheduled service, the extra poop will be picked up on your next visit and you will not be charged for the missed week.

Winter cleanups are harder because even a light covering of snow can hide the poop. Colder temperatures also tend to freeze the waste to the ground, making it difficult to remove. We do our best to remove what we can, and anything left behind will be picked up throughout future visits as the weather warms up.

During winter months it's common that we cannot do weekly cleanups for periods of time due to snow accumulation. If this happens, we will wait until a spring thaw, and you will be charged the spring cleanup fee. All missed weeks will not be charged.

We do not remove any stains left behind from waste sitting on decks, cement, pavement, or patio stones. We simply pick up the waste and dispose of it.

Yes. We are not permitted to climb or jump over fences and gates. Please leave your gate unlocked on service day. You may provide us with a key to the lock if that is more convenient for you.

*If we are locked out more than once, you will be charged half of your visit fee.

Absolutely! If your dogs are friendly and allow people in the yard, then yes, we are happy to work with your dogs present. If your dogs are aggressive they will need to remain inside while we are cleaning.

We ask that advance notice is given so we do not come to your property for service on your next scheduled date. If no prior notice is given, you will still be charged for that service day.

No. We can start and stop service at any time over the phone or by email.

For recurring customers, we will leave you an invoice at the end of the month with your amount due. We appreciate payment the following visit. For one-time or spring cleanup customers, we require payment the same day the job is completed.

Satisfaction is Always Guaranteed!

We strive to provide perfect service. If there is a time when our service is not completely satisfactory, please let us know right away. We will schedule a re-clean of your yard or refund a portion of your visit fee. Either way, we will make it right!
